We arrived Friday night at 6pm, struggled at first to find it as you drive down coots lane and approach farm buildings and feel you have gone too far, a quick call to the owners confirms it is just beyond these.
Met at the entrance by the owners Dianne and Karl, lovely greeting and offered a drink, given the booking form which we were told to complete when we can then given a tour of the site. Karl walked with us to the pitch, explained where the water and electric hookups were and even where the sun rose and set so we could position the dandy appropriately (we never bothered as we dont expect much sun this weekend). Karl then stuck round and helped us to set up and explained a bit of the history of the site. More information about this is in the washing up area and they are very proud of their site which is obvious in there attention to detail.
I will follow this post with pictures of the land and the facilities which whilst reasonably basic are very clean and tidy with lots of homely touches.
