thanks i thought it might have been, probably better fix than the later awnings which rely on bungees.

As draughty as our designer lol!

It means that it was a better way to fit an awning to a dandy " MATER" the Orange Dandy 6 184121345

We are fitting the Discovery's awning tomorrow as a trail run. The green one fits with the press studs, it's simple to fit and is indeed drought proof. We will be able to compare the two types after tomorrow. " MATER" the Orange Dandy 6 2170595768

" MATER" the Orange Dandy 6 Empty Our awning

    Post by musicman185 Tue 08 May 2012, 9:40 pm

We just came in from having a go a putting our awning up.
1st time we put it on backwards, 2nd time we put up inside out
3rd time got it right. We stood back to admire it and realised
the whole thing looks like a giant satsuma...

We seemed to have 2 sets of poles so we have a load of spare ones.
Certainly was a challenge we did find it hard going throwing over the awning, maybe theres an easier way

we fold ours as we take it off so when it goes back on we just kind of roll it back from the front poles.
