Dandy Electrics Empty Dandy Electrics

Post by Tow Itch on Tue 21 Feb 2012, 9:43 am

Convention says Dandy didn't do electrics.
I was quite happy that my designer didn't have electrics given some of the abortions I have seen, however I've been looking at a (92) Delta and the electrics are really professionally fitted.
Well they're professionally fitted insofar as it's very tidy but the equipment is basic. The 12v just appears to come from the 12s connection. No obvious site where a transformer or other unit has been removed.
Very well done but not by a sparky fitting up his own unit, they would have had a transformer. This was done to look good but with minimum equipment spend. i.e. Let the punter spend their own money on the tools to do the job!
If you are retro fitting plumbing in the shape of electric or gas any idea how you pop the internal panel?
