From the description it sounds like a good buy,the split in the awning i had one at the bottom but had it repaired,it just the seam giving way.

It might be because its a trailot tent. Never seen one of those.

Dandy dart,top end of the price scale but it is from a dealer and would look to have every thing you need for all year camping,heater insulation awning.

How showing sold, how much was it mike as it is almost the same as ours except we dont have the heater.

I've seen the second photo before, definitely. It was on a Craigslist ad.

Have you listed the two new ones on the Riva/Dandy site. A Delta and a high side Destiny both light blue.

The destiny looks like an early crossover high side.
The beds are both fixed i.e. cannot be settees and are about a foot higher than the dinette seating. The usual non toilet had 2 bed/settees low down and the dark blue toilet ones have one high fixed bed & one low bed/settee.
It has the new type kitchen but only a 2 burner cooker.
It has glass windows I think.

An early 5 (Vertical awning wall) with the flaps for an awning. Doesn't say if they have the awning. If they do nice project.

The tinted plastic double glazed windows came in 1994/95 ...... the heaters also disappeared.
It looks very nice, I haven't got the double glazed windows but prefer the fact I have the underfloor heater

Check the listing again it is in the process of removal.

Contrary to Helen I thought there might be the odd post 1995 Dandy with a heater but 1999 was pushing it a bit.

We have waited for months for our perfect dandy to turn up and we found it!
Caz and Helen tried to help me track down a delta a while ago.
We saw the one at riva, phoned and had a chat to Ian, travelled to Wigan today and came back with our dream dandy!
Soooo happy, and Ian did us a good deal on price too.
Now where's that book of campsites? Can't wait to try her out!

Brilliant, what fantastic news. It does look a cracker and got the full awning as well. It does look as if it's been loved.

There is an awning to follow when the zip has been replaced.
We have been showing off today, the family love "her" (definately female) !!
The grandchildren are going to choose a name - oops - that may not be a good move!

Mike it's a good job I have been following the forum for a while - I suspected Mr Itch was "stupid boy" !!

I hope the kids pick a good name for the Dandy, if it was up to our 2 and a half year old grandaughter ours would end up being called martha love or baby

on your find and purchase.
