Don't know about anyone else but I had to look The Isle Of Gigha up: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Come on there has to be a story about this. What made you hear about Gigha and what made you want to go?

Well, no story as such but we do love Scotland and have stayed in a cottage on Arran on 3 occasions.

We have always wanted to visit more Islands in Scotland and having already been away in June we wanted a cheaper alternative this time. It's only a 20min ferry trip and therefore cheap enough to get across with the car & trailer. The campsite is £4.50 per night. The island itself looks very nice too which is the main thing so we decided to book a 5 day stay Very Happy
