    Hello Bob

Why wait for the spring? If the Delta has the Riviera heater or if you use a convector heater on an a site with EHU you can camp over winter.

Photos please. "We love photos here".

Needs a spare wheel and a few bits to sort ... 12v needs testing & no Rivera ... but Halloween in a standalone tent this year made me think about NOT laying on the floor ever again Smile

Careful with the spare wheel make sure it goes into some sort of bag. The tyre will permanently mark the PVC if it comes into contact for any length of time.

I know what you mean with respect to lying on the floor or on an airbed come to that. What sort of tent were you using?

What are you hoping to set up with the 12V. The water pump is nice but hardly essential. With modern led lights 12V batteries can be a bit superfluous and a gas or Tilley lamp can remove the chill on a cold night. Batteries not needed if you are on an EHU site and a pain to keep charged if you are not. Or now you are out of the tent do you have a desire for electronic entertainment.

The replacement wheel I'm not definitely sure if we settled on a 24mm or a 1" (25.4mm) offset. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]  So you may choose to check yourself not that 1.4mm would make a lot of difference [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The one offered here with a Mini offset is 25.4mm From experience while one might expect all Dandy wheels to be the same if a batch of differing wheels had appeared at the right price they may well have been fitted. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Do check what tyres you have fitted I'd expect 145R10 but they could be 5.20 X 10 Crossplys.

Hi Bob, glad to hear you got a good one. Today has been a beautiful day with sunshine all day although there was a frost last night. You could have been away last night.

Had to work a 10 hour day on a Sunday . so unable even to peek under the cover today ... but the tyres are 145R10 and the brakes and hubs were serviced /replaced in July. Thanks for the tip on the bag Pete and the links too Tow Itch

I have sleep Apneoa and so when there is no EHU 12 plus an inverter will run my mask and pump overnight.

Use to camp in an Outwell Deluxe Carolina S Tent - still have it for now ... you never know

I'm sure we have a diagram of the awning pole set up on here, someone else will probably post a link for you. I would but having had a tooth removed a couple of hours ago I'm feeling a bit naff and can't remember where the heck it is Embarassed

Couldn't be bothered looking either but I had some Dandy sales info to hand and I've just scanned this:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I presume that is large enough but you will have to look from the RHS of your monitor for it to make sense. The projection looks all wrong looking at the frame sideways up.

The two short plastic capped poles not shown are for the flaps that are along the bottom of the beds. If you have a practice and lay all the bits out you will see that there is no need to colour mark the poles with tape. The poles self indicate where they belong.

Is it a folding caravan, is it a trailer tent, is it a folding camper? No it's a dandy. No it isn't, mines a Riva but it's got dandy written on it as well.

My wife calls it 'the thing'.

Granted Pheonix ... and a name will no doubt evolve ... and all the drawings including frame erection, awning setup instructions along with wiring diagrams for the 12 and 240v systems and the braking system set up and maintenance were all in the camper when I bought it .... fingers crossed the rest I see tomorrow in daylight will live up to the attention to detail I have seen so far ... piccies will be taken and posted Smile
