Think they are M8 thread bolts with the plastic on you may have some luck on ebay,could be worth checking the M8,i intend to make some with bolts and a short bar welded on the top but you could use just bolts and a spanner but only with a light touch though

So you can buy some m8 threaded bar and bend it through 90o.
Buy nuts, or buy nuts and get your welder out to tack on T bars.
Buy the plastic covered nuts from Dandy. Any idea on price?
Enter "Tri Star Nuts" in google images and find a raft of possible vendors.
Possibly Components Direct they deal in small quantities but you need a minimum £ 20 order. Prices are ex VAT and there's a £5 packing fee. If a few of you club together @ £1.29 or £1.92 each depending on what spec you want you might save a couple of quid.
Conversely you might squander on the stainless steel wing knobs, @ £3.36 each.
