Just a random question but how often do you re-coat the underside of your Dandy or should I say how often should you do this We do the bed-boards with yacht varnish but have only done the underseal twice in the years we have had it It will be done again when we upgrade the suspension but was wondering if it should be done more often as part of the maintenance. We do check underneath and all looks well but would it be wise to do more often as a precautionary measure.

Re: Dandy underseal
most of these under seals are guaranteed for 10 or 15 yrs we did redo our old delta but it was only round wheel arches that needed it as long as you check it as part of your annual maintenance and then if needs doing do it but i would say from personal experience maybe 5 yearly intervals or greater would be enough depending on age of dandy where and how its stored in winter and amount of usage x

Re: Dandy underseal
i used tiny 500ml can of tetrosyl underseal just to do arches and chassis members and flooring directly surrounding the arch.

Re: Dandy underseal
At least it isn't a job that needs doing often, once done it should last for years
