There was an old man who had a flat head
and also a phillips he kept in the shed
with a choice of two tools to tighten his bed
The first was a spanner, the second a hammer
Asking for help is not easy with a slight stammer
he checked all the nuts and then tightened the bolts,
it was with great fear he laid there at night fearing the jolts

Easy one again

Each morning I appear
To lie at your feet,
All day I will follow
No matter how fast you run,
Yet I nearly perish
In the midday sun.
