Oh I, I'll need the car first. The joke in the above is only really funny for those who have seen me pack.

Do you remember being told you should have a hookup plug wired the wrong way round in case of reversed Live and Neutral?

For £2.99 this will diagnose that and other wiring faults.
A 90% plus chance you will never need it in this country. Come to that as a venomous fight on a well known UK site finding forum rages over, other things have to be wrong to hurt you.

Sorry can you remember which one is which? The only difference I know is Aldi is more helpful with problems and returns, or it gives its managers more autonomy.

I've been thinking about a tome on battery charging. I've tended to thinking that a "Dumb" battery charger is what is required for a battery if connected to an EHU and a 12V demand.
An intelligent charger being better for off camper (winter) conditioning. Higher amp intelligent chargers are now available but I don't know if the chargers become confused by the loads on the battery?
I have not chased this subject but will do so.
For £15.00 this is ideal though when you are laying your battery up between jaunts. Get an extra year out of the battery and save the cost of the charger.
