    Just thought i would put a post on as a warning,if buying your first dandy and it doesn't have 240v fitted please dont buy this type of thing,these are on ebay all the time and in my opinion are potentially deadly,yes the site will have built in safety on the mains supply but you need your own.Mains kits can be bought complete with all the protection you need,or like me you could use a tent hook up with in built protection.

    This is my system the thinking being if its safe in a tent it should be safe in a dandy,

    If you want to do the job properly this is the type of kit you need,but if your not sure of what you are doing then get it fitted by a qualified electrician or stick with the ready made tent system.

    We now have factory fitted electrics which is even better Very Happy

    The same thing this year,these are still being sold with very vague warnings,dont buy one buy the correct item and be safe.

    I've got one of those like yours Mike for camping in a tent with electric. Found it great apart from the damned orientation of the sockets making cables get in the way of each other
