Wives and Mothers

At the tills yesterday .......... well you know how it is, John was taking the Mickey so the lady on the tills joined in and said 'be nice it's mothers day on Sunday' to which John replied 'she isn't my mum so I don't have to' Laughing

I thought for a second and replied

I do your washing
I change your bed
I cook your food
I clean the home you live in
I cheer you up if your down
I look after you if your poorly
I listen if you need to talk

An old saying comes to mind ....... a daughters a daughter all her life, a son's a son til he gains a wife.

There is one major thing you missed off the list and a mother doesn't do that so you dont qualify
