    We thought this might be of interest to some of you, especially Naedoot's daughter Gemma. This is a link to a live feed from some Barn Owls nesting. Where they are isn't that far from where we are. They just so happened to be named Mr & Mrs P. At the moment she is sitting on 4 eggs.

    That's fantastic, I'm going to keep an eye on them too. Can't wait for the eggs to hatch and see the babies grow and it's live coverage too Very Happy She is awake now and he can be seen ....... sort of, the tail feathers at the entrance.

    These owls have me captivated, it's a bit like watching big brother but with better looking and more intelligent contestants.

    They were both in there most of the afternoon but one is having a night on the town.

    Seriously though they are fascinating and beautiful birds and I'm hooked and will be popping in regularly to check on them Barn Owls Nesting 184121345

    Me too, you can watch for ages and nothing happens then hey presto he flies in with supper ........ admit that I did shut my eyes though because it wasn't a maccy D's he brought. What a Face As soon as he had gone again she stood up and you could see the eggs. It's brilliant and thanks for posting the link, got it on my favourites bar now Very Happy

    sadly the broadband doesn't seem to work consistently for me, but love this site now Smile totally hooked can't wait to see the eggs as not managed that yet

    There will probably be a pattern to hunting and feeding time Eilis so try around the same time as we did last night, you may have to watch for quite a while but it's worth it.

    Been away and since I got back she's been sat at the bottom right hand side of the screen so I can't see much at all, all four must have hatched now.

    def saw one chick the other day and the eggs aren't there any more but so frustrating that she's sitting in the corner and i can't see anything

    would have thought now she's got chicks she'd be out hunting more to feed them so we could see them lol
