    I agree with the requirement that users should know about cookies. In the past, sites have 'planted' cookies even if you accidently stopped there and most folk didn't know about them. affraid

    We are going to put something prominent on too, this site only stores cookies if you start to browse it's contents Smile

    For now I'll put it somewhere on the banner until we can work out a neater way of doing it.

    We don't have advertisements or anything like that so the cookies are not really an issue with this site.

    This is typical government cock up,i for one want most cookies they enhance my surfing what i dont want are the sales orientated ones that loads of sale sites have,we shouldnt have any of them as we dont sell any thing.

    I think we've found a neater solution, we have been assured by the forum hosts that they are looking into this law and will take any necessary action to protect the forums they host as they are not a UK company it may not be necessary to do anything ...... until then we have taken our own steps.
