Destiny or 6

I have just bought a destiny. I have had a number of 6's before but this is my first destiny. I am beginning to have buyers regret.

to miss quote the bard "ah 6 or not 6 that is the question"

Why have I just bought a destiny.
1 Gas struts on the sides
2 has a fridge.
3 blue looks more modern with double glazed windows
4 Should be able to fit a toilet in it.

But my dandy 6
1 First it had a smell. Dandys do smell. If I had it up I would sit in it with a coffee and remember good times.
the destiny does not seem to it maybe it is winter and the temperature is too low for any volatiles to come off the plastic
2 I could see over it when I towed it.
3 Easier to move it.
4 I could have fitted gas stuts.
5 fridge carry one.

It comes down to the ability to fit a toilet umm

I've only had a designer but given the choice between a 6 and a Destiny ...... it'd be the 6 for me too, mainly for the reasons you've already stated ...... to me if you go for a Destiny you may as well be towing a caravan they're so high you need towing mirrors and not that much easier to store than a tin top.

The fridge would be my only reason over the six,and i dont think thats enough reason for me,

Does your Destiny just have struts on the sides or beds as well? 6's had side struts the beds feel heavier for being further up.
Dandys smell. I'd send that comment of to UK Campsite or the Conway Owners Club that's just the sort of comment the non owners love
I think it's just the weather limiting the aromatics but:
You have just ordered a new cover. Store that inside.
Ask undercover Mick or Ian at Dandy for a comfort blanket in PVC.
Buy cheaper less aromatic coffee. If buying Naffcafe avoid the Gareth Hunt "Three Sorts Of Bean" wave of the hand others may find the gesture insulting.


It's far from towing a caravan but as always there is the space versus weight equation.
