Members map

We have a pin map to show where our registered members are, this gives you an idea of how we are spread across the country and will also help when considering a meet.

You don't have to be added to it but if you want to be it is only the area that you live in and not your address that will be shown.

If you would like to be added to the map then send a pm with just your area.

For safety reasons the link is not available to members of the public and we do not use actual addresses on the map

Names have been added to the map and just shows how far spread we are.

We will be away at the Woodhall Spa meet over the weekend so any updates to either map will be done when we return, if you do want to be added please send a pm to any of the mods and your name will appear on the map asap.

As there are now a few of us able to add people to the members map if you would like to be added just put your location in your profile and let us know on this thread and you will be added to the map asap.

Welcome to the map Cazz. Now I have had a few mishaps in the past with placing people and a few who live near the coast have accidentally ended up in the sea so if anyone checks and I have put you in the wrong place please just say as I can then move you over to where you should be.

Just a thought but if any one would like to be added to the map without there name on ime sure we could allocate some other tag,its just that when looking for meet sites it would be easier to see where is central.

is it just me? whenever i look at the members map i can only see an icon for me and apparently i live near skipton lol

well just had another look and now it shows me in skipton and cazz in london

Your where you should be when i look,sure your not looking at the whose on line map cos ime often at helens on that

On the map from this thread we show up in Brum, we live half an hour away I suppose, we are just slightly south of it. We dont have a Birmingham address but in the big picture it gives everyone an idea of where we are which is the main thing. Like you say Helen its great to see where about's everyone is from. No one from right down south yet.

You shouldn't complain helens been known to put people in the sea no sometimes when you release the pointer the balloon moves a little i only got mine where it is by dropping it in the Humber.

I do like the sea but there are limits! My pin is pretty spot on then! Helen is not going to be pleased with us! Seriously, the map is great, just need to fill it up now.....oh and make sure not too many people end up in the sea....sorry Helen, te he!
