Just wondering if this would be suitable. It rolls up into a bag permanently fixed to a caravan so must be small. Could it be permanently fixed to a destiny with awning rail? Could it be fixed to a hinged folding piece of batten for other dandy types?

It would probably work with a Destiny but due to roof shape not with the smaller Dandy's. there was one similar pitch next to us last year (attached to a caravan) he liked how his went up and loved using it but was worried about when it had to go away wet as he stored his van away from home, which meant pulling it off the awning rail and it was a bugger to get on there in the first place ..... until we lent him our silicone spray for his awning rail. Bearing in mind his awning rail was on a van so wasn't straight but curved around the van shape .... on a Destiny the rail would be straight all the way so perhaps easier. You would have to take it off if it went away wet though.
