The east coast has taken a bit of a battering and has suffered floods over the past few days.

    How are you?

I'm thinking particularly of Eilis in Lowestoft, Mr and Mrs Phoenix in Norfolk ( I've no idea how far inland you are) Mike Humber estuary(?) (I'm no geographer) and ShaunJUK who is in Grimsby.

    How are you all.
If things have been catastrophic I suppose you are unlikely to be posting. Any news anyone?

A bit rude of me. The obvious suspects to I know of, who else should we be bothered about?

Eilis just seen you on line and now viewed the memberlist, I see Mike was on line this afternoon. 1) What an idiot I should have viewed the memberlist first. 2) Wouldn't have shown any concern if I'd known you were OK. 3) Any news on how Shaun or the P's areas are?

We are OK thanks Kevin.  How are Our East Coast Members 3498837457

We are about 20 miles inland, so no worries about flooding from the sea as yet hopefully. We have nearly been flooded a couple of times since living here (24 years) but that was due to heavy rainfall. The wind did get up fairly here though and we did think a couple of our trees were going to be firewood prematurely.  Laughing

Eilis is closer to the sea than us, but how far from the front we don't know. Where the people lost their houses was further North than what Eilis is.

Eilis is okay, she's on higher ground and further from the coast and river than the floods reached  How are Our East Coast Members 3498837457
