Well just for a few days I decided to be 21 again

thank you all for the Birthday wishes. x

When it was my birthday helen was kind enough to say a few nice words about me now i get a chance,we have worked together for probaly two years now and its great working with her,doing what we do with this forum and the one before this there are times when we have a difference of opinion about the direction a certain item should take,the obvious solution is for one of us to give in,i have done this a few times but must admit on balance helen has been more generous with this giving in than i have so a public thank you Helen.
Dont want this to sound too much you slap my back and i will slap yours but working with the right person makes some thing like a forum more of a pleasure and i always feel that helen is there to watch my back as i hope she feels i am there to watch hers,so hope you have another happy 21 years and i look forward to seeing you in march.

Being 21 this time around wasn't as good as I remembered it so I've decided to keep my pleasant memories and not be 21 ever again, the first time around you wake up the day after and happily chat about your fab night, ready and rearing to go again. This time I woke up aching all over and felt rough

This October I'll also be looking at a significant milestone. It will be the 29th anniversary of my 21st!

Our friend up the road from us will be 83 in March, she says she would rather be 82 or 84 because she doesn't like odd numbers, so this year she will be 82 and two halfs.

This is the same person who was looking forward to being 75, because she would get a free TV licence.

it's sad when you can't do the same thing as you could in your 20's

i used to be able to stay up all night and then be okay the next day but now i'm lucky if i'm not in bed by 9 lol
