Hi I am looking for a Delta priced upto £1200 if you see one? Would like one in good condition that doesn't need repairing etc. It doesn't need to have the original awning, but I would like an awning of some sort (porch) to put boots and shoes in etc. Really would prefer a blue and white one as I would find the darkness of the brown ones claustrophobic. I live in Kent but would be prepared to travel. Please help! thanks

Welcome to the forum, we keep an eye out for Dandy's for sale and have a dedicated thread, you will find a Dandy that suits you as they are starting to come up for sale now that spring has started. Will keep in mind your preferences should anything come along.

Re: Im looking for a Dandy Delta
Welcome
Asking the obvious but what have you seen so far?
There are an absolute raft of Darts for sale at the moment.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
That one has also just failed to sell on eBay with a £999 first bid.
It is in Hastings.
Dart or delta No awning failed to sell on eBay but phone no listed in add
Delta winterised, no mention of heater and awning, but has been serviced.
Ormskirk might be a bit of a drive. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Derbyshire isn't a lot closer and the price is a bit strong but contact them before it fails to sell.

Melton Mobrary?

The one that was advertised on UK Campsite has just sold.
Never known so many Deltas for sale.

I've got one!
Thank you for your replies I bought a brown and white/cream delta yesterday Its quite old but have been informed that its in excellant condition Bought from ebay and hoping that the sellers good 100% feedback is reliable. It doesn't have an awning, but really would like a porch awning instead anyway. I do have a porch awning for my caravan that I now will be getting rid of, so may look into the cost of getting that adapted if possible. I can't wait to collect it and get started the dandy way. I am actually looking forward to towing as it can't be as hard as a caravan, and because of the size, we can store it at home instead which will save nearly £450 a year in storage costs. thanks again.

Re: Im looking for a Dandy Delta
Hi all, well we picked up the dandy delta, and its in very good condition, (mint condition), very happy with it. Only problem is there is no awning and I can't figure out how to attach an awning to it. Well, anyway, just gotta convince the teenagers in my house that its very uncool to camp in a dandy, then the lack of an awning should be solved!
