Six gas struts?

If you know what I mean

What I mean is can gas struts be fitted to sixes? I got rid of mine ( ) as it was too heavy to put up with my dodgy back.

Sides should have struts, beds can have struts fitted as per any other Dandy the geometry is the same.

Highside Destinys have a different geometry but can be fitted with struts. There is an issue with early ones and the positioning of ??? (a section of internal brace I think) Also some adjustment is required to the bed legs.

All this is covered in the file section of the Yahoo "Owners Group"

I've seen a highside been picked up from Riva after struts were fitted. It threw itself up I was really impressed.

It's not really the beds that are a problem for me, its the sides

Dont think struts where standard on the sixes,seen too many for sale with out them,they do make erection very easy.
