When you say hole is there some pvc missing or is it just a tear,if its the latter tenacious tape may sort it.

As Mike says if it's other than a hole. It depends what is in Riva's parch kit. Is it just a A4 sized sheet of PVC or is there some adhesive (HH-66) as well?
Riva do repairs if it's large as do [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. I think Mick the cover person offered offcuts and HH-66 as well.
