Hi Everyone

Hi, just been told to register on here by my friend patlink. I have just bought a 70's dandy 4 of ebay, and although in need of some work, is in ok condition.
I hope to put the dandy to use going to show's towed by my mini pickup (that is when i restore it), but i may put it to use towed by daily driver.

I will post up some pictures later on.

Hi there and thanks for joining the Dandy Campers, congratulations on your Dandy purchase and we look forward to seeing your Dandy and mini pickup all ready to roll. I was going to say any questions just ask but if anyone knows about restoring a Dandy it's Pat  

 

I don't think mines as bad as pats, just needs repaint, there's a tiny section of box in the chassis needs replacing, brakes need adjusting, and one of the main supporting hoops needs remaking, apart from that it, it may get upgraded slightly, but I want it to remain retro.

Looking forward to seeing pics of your Dandy, especially with the Mini Pickup.     Mrs P regrets getting rid of her pickup several years ago.  

Does the Pickup need much work doing to it?


If you do send any pics to the email Mr Itch mentioned do post here that you have done so, so we know they are there.
