    whoop whoop, as most of you know i am on a diet have been for the last 2 weeks and today i broke the first stone lost (despite cheating a little at trentfield with alcohol- bad influences you know who you are!!!)
    one stone left to go but just thought i'd share as feeling good and not often we have something to feel pleased with ourselves about a stone gone 2792229418

    lol! hopefully once the other stone gone will be a 12 and to be honest dont suit being any thinner look ill smaller than that and me head looks massive lol!

    How did you manage to loose so much so quickly? I've been told my BMI is a little high, I reckon a lot of that is in my bust, a stone gone 3462454224

    yeah lot of mine there too its the Dukan Diet my boyf on it too hes lost almost 10lbs in same time and his cousin lost 1.5 stone in 2 months but once you are at your target weight you have to do a consolidation phase which is a mini diet and its 1 week for each 5lb lost

    It's 10 days on consolidation phase for every kg/2.2lb lost, Very Happy

    My friend was over 24stone we think coz the scales didn't reg but she is now 20 stone and still loosing she on the Tony Ferguson diet done with boots the chemist its a big thing in and from Australia Very Happy

    Well done, I have never heard of those diets before but if it works for you, stick with it.
    I'm doing slimming world, have lost 9.5 in three weeks.

    Think I'm going to give the Dukan Diet a go, I'm getting nowhere fast on Weight Watchers at the moment!

    Lost 1 stone 1.5lbs now and I feel much better, not limping about as much for starters. Will keep going with it. Is everyone else still losing?

    I managed to lost a lot of weight last year but although I haven't gained I haven't lost any more either, I must get back into the swing of things and lose some more now you have all inspired me.

    i have been on the dukan diet for 8 weeks now and i'm 0.5lb from losing 2 stone which was my original target i'm doing the online coaching and i'm finding it very very easy feel great and am going to lose at least another half stone maybe even a stone

    well i have broken the 2 stone lost mark going to keep going but feeling good and in only 9 weeks to so very impressed with this diet bought my first size 12 clothes the other week for the first time in over 10 years so will see how it goes over next month cheers
