Packing your new pride and joy away wet will be a worry to some new owners even if this was there reason for buying a dandy, most new owners will have come from fabric covered units, trailer tents or tents the most obvious, well forget every thing you feared whilst packing these away in a rain storm or a heavy dew in the morning.
Unlike the alternatives the nature of the pvc on your dandy means water cannot soak into it, only lay on the surface,if its stopped raining you can wipe most of the wet off with a towel if you wish, any moisture left can only lay on the surface of the folded pvc and will dry naturally over a few days, the only time you would need to open it up for drying is if you where extremely unlucky and the internal fabrics got wet, this does not happen 99.9% of the time due to the roof being over the dandy at all times including packing away.
Canvas campers like tell you the story they heard about a dandy being packed away wet and smelling mouldy when opened,if you question them its always a case of well i was told this by someone who had a friend who ect ect,no first hand information i have packed mine away wet left it for 6 months with no problem.
The only thing you may struggle with is that smug feeling laying in bed your last night on site, the rain belting down and you don't care.

You may find when your Dandy has been packed away wet that pvc sticks together a little when you next put it up, this is normal and nothing to worry about. PVC windows in your Dandy and Awning may appear Milky but dont worry this is only temporary and within a couple of hours these will clear.
