I'm always worried about something, lol. But recently i've slept right through, perhaps I should have some weetabix. I'm also now sitting in the dark because one of the cockatiels started singing, he thought it was morning,

i went through a phase of not sleeping and took up tai chi - worked a treat
now as it's dark a lot i want to sleep all the time lol roll on the lighter nights as my instinct is to hibernate in winter

I decided that I am going to be 21 on my birthday every year from now on 
well just for a few days 
We had an oranged winged amazon Cazz and to let him know it was time for bed we covered his cage with a black out curtain liner.
