Really touches a nerve with us. Took on our 2 rescues Toby 18 months ago and Pixie 1 year ago.
Its heart breaking looking on the rescue sites and visiting the rescue homes.
We wanted to bring them all home. Sad

My husky was unwanted after she grew up & wasnt so cute when she needed walking so we took her on

Good job really as her previous owner would of put her down or gave her away no doubt when she had to have a major operation fixing her rear cruciate ligament which is still on going as we speak with hydro-theropy

I love dogs and would never be without one Very Happy

So many need good forever homes. I wan't to take them all home too, we've said 'no more' a few times but we always relent.

She's getting better over time but its a long road to recovery with plenty of walking & swimming

She'll be attending all Dandy meets

We sometimes leave Bailey at home but he gets pampered by my parents for a few days, we always feel guilty not taking him and always return home with a couple of days to spare for a quick break in the Dandy for him lol!

They are part of the family Matt, I miss all of the dogs we have had the pleasure of looking after but I particularly miss my old dog still and that's 2 years later, we still have the one but he has health problems that can be expensive so for now we just have the one.

We totally understand, Our Dogs are our Kids.

We chose the 4 legged variety over the 2 legged.

They still answer back, demand playtime and play up though. Evil or Very Mad lol!

We do get lots of love and kisses back. For all us softies 1468157981 Smile
