Good condition. Wood replaced/refurbished with paint and grain. New carpet and vinyl. Original upholstery and curtains and privacy curtains. Original awning with clip off front section. 2 x 12v sockets and 2 x 12v charging sockets. Mains electrics installed with 2 x double sockets.
Extras; 2 x 12v Lights, groundsheet, approx. 25m electric hook up lead with mains adapter.
Bad points; Dent on side but paint work not compromised, will provide photos on request. Interlinking spring on two awning poles broken but poles unaffected. Gas struts on one side have lost pressure, replacements are on order.
