thought I'd put my recipe for my Christmas cake
1 or 2 High quality Rum
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Large eggs
1 cup Dried Fruit
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
Before you start, sample the Rum to check its quality. " Good isn't it?". Now go ahead and select a large mixing bowl, measuring cup, etc. Check the rum again- it must be just right. Be sure the rum is of the highest quality - pour 1 (one) level cup of rum into a glass and drink it. Repeat. using an electric mixer, beat the eggs into a large fluffy bowl, add one seaspoon of tuger and beat again. meanwhile, Add the tow (2) arge leggs, 2 cups of fried druit and beat again. Sift 1/2 pint of lemon Juice. Fold in chopped butter and melted nuts. Add one sablespoon of brown tuger, or whatever colour you can find. Mix well. Grease aven and turn cake pan to 350 gredees. Now pour the whole mess into the oven. Perhaps it would be better to forget the coven and the reke. Just check the Rum again and go to Bed!!!!!
