If you were to get a VW Type 2 T3 (T25), you are not far from Brickwerks, an extremely good specialist garage, specialising in these vehicles. They also have an online shop where you can get discounts, when you know how. Cool

We now only take our van their, as he only works on these, there is no faffing about working stuff out, they also carry most spares in stock. They are very, very highly recommended.

For these reasons alone, a 3rd generation transporter needs to be high up on your list. Helens campervan thread. :-) 3498837457

I've just insured our camper for £178 including agreed valuation, well pleased with that. Very Happy Helens campervan thread. :-) 2170595768 Helens campervan thread. :-) 2702329197

It was £350ish last year. I've also had quotes for £900. Shocked

That's true, our £300 K reg passat was £365 with two year no claims. The camper has/had over ten years on it, but as it's now on a classic policy, the ten years can go on the passat next year, although that is also nearly a classic. lol!
