Got dandy home
hello to all got dandy home on saturday and well pleased with her,mint chassis and floor insulated roof,no rips etc 1988 dandy 5 with uf heating,just needs gas box any ideas for diy one etc,has gas rack on at moment

well pleased with it just going to practice putting up and renew velcro and get a battery so we can use water pump and sink in june when she has first outing to bala lakes area

also just be good to try everything out,the last owner was such a nice guy well cool dude,he had done a load on her wheel bearings wax oil handbrake etc,he even phoned me up to say he had found the spare wheel for me to pick up.Helen wrote:Bala Lake is beautiful.......... Wales is fantastic.

If the gas box had been fitted already it wouldn't matter (Hint) but if you fit a new gas box you can't fit gas cylinders and electrical equipment in the same box.

To be honest I can see the point especially re switchgear.
If I were fitting a new box to my own design I'd go with a box with a full length divide so you had two boxes.
Should you manufacture yourself remember the floor of the gas box needs to be vented.
