Details are as follows:

Dandy folding caravan for sale. Manufactured in the 1980's but still going strong as it's a Dandy. Full size heavy duty pvc matching Dandy awning and groundsheet in good condition (hardly used), and as new unused toilet tent. Insulated roof. Internal length 17', width 6'3". Ends make into 2 double beds each 6' 3" x 4'. Dining area, with table, makes into further double bed 6'1 x 4' or two singles. Double beds could be left up all day and still have room for dining. Gas grill, SS sink with drainer, 12V water pump, gas hob with 2 burners, wardrobe, cupboards, door mat, 12/240V, 2 x 12V dual fluorescent lights. 240V sockets, circuit breaker and hook up connection (cable excluded). New tyres 2011. External carrier for 2 gas bottles. Enjoyed many holidays with 3 children in the Dandy but has been used only once or twice in the last 15 years as they have all flown the nest - this is reason for sale. Stored in garage continuously since 1995. Step, bucket and spare wheel. Full service 2011 (date can be confirmed), only used once since. Some scuffs and scratches etc consistent with age but still very usable for years. Easy to tow and unlike a caravan can see over top. More space inside than many 4 berth caravans and can be stored in a garage. Can be put away wet, as is made of non-rotting pvc. Some minor degrading of one mattress cover but upholstery generally in good condition. Dining table has a crack in it but is usable and would be repairable.
