What length are the awning curtains, I know I made some but they hang from the roof bars at the side windows and are difficult to open so need altering for curtain wire............ I have found some that may be suitable to use at trentfield without any work just until I alter the other ones. I have a feeling they may be a bit long

Re: Awning curtains
Does anyone know what the original awning material is?
I am lacking a set of curtains for the main unit but have acquired a second set (well a variety actually) of awning curtains. considering using these for the base unit and as modesty curtains. Only thing is one set is blue and the other set has a lilac tinge.
I was considering a quick wash in Dygon then another one in blue Dylon to equalise all the colours.
Just discovered Dylon doesn't work on polyester and I have no idea what the fabric is?
One other option is if we have a member who is a wizard with a sewing machine would they like to quote for:
A set of designer curtains. Kitchen window, Door Window and Bed Window.
Two sets of modesty curtains.
A roof liner.
Then in a heavier fabric two bed covers. One 44" inch bed as a single piece. The 42" inch bed is split as a seat and backrest and also has the 2 triangular pieces that can be removed to allow space for a fridge.
Two offcuts of the same material to allow the bed sides to be recovered.
