There are a couple of nipples on mine is it possible to just pump grease in until the old is expelled or are there seals that could be blown.

We just pump grease into ours and there's never been a problem, we also found some grease nipples underneath in the middle of the brake cables that we didn't know were there but we do now

You may well find grease nipples located where you can see the two black dots on the plan of the drawbar.
