Hi all, we have a green dandy and the sides of the trailer seem to be covered in white plastic?) is this normal as I have seen other green dandys on here with what seem to be dark wooden sides? Can anyone enlighten me?

Trailers started off with phenolic ply sides.
1970's. Mid 70's? went to the plastic sides.
Quite early 1980's became aluminium sided.
Both Dandys in the 1981 brochure have plastic sides.
Can warp a bit but as far as I know are inert and only need replacing for cosmetic reasons.
