Our roof popper doesn't stay popped together at all, I think over time it have lost it's pop, lol

Our roof poppers are unpredicatable, sometimes we get the awning perfect and others we only manage to get the two side ones to stay on Suspect It's still worth putting it up though for longer stays, we use alternatives too if it's just for a weekend.

I wonder if you could get a set of Ian at riva, seems such a waste of an awning and he may have enough spares to make a full frame.

could you not fabricate a set of poles yourself you can buy all the springs and clips from most camping shops quite cheaply?

This is the link to a diagram of the frame, it would be great if you can get a frame made up somehow

The daft thing is the frame from an old frame tent could be used as bits and it would be dead easy to do if you had a frame to copy, without it would be possible but not easy
