Cazz and Helen hope your babies get better soon but with all the love and cuddles they will be bouncing back I have been also been hit with bad news my old boy Sam has been through x rays and scans to find that he has right sided enlarged heart which is caused by a sticky valve and blocked artery's so he's a time bomb . He struggles to get around the house but a miracle occurs every time a tennis ball is produced ( also the vet has the same effect ) he suddenly becomes a puppy and is on the go LOL and Helen your new Dandy

he's 12yrs old and my son's dog he's cross ?? newfoundland/ lab hoping to have a few years yet but have to prepare my son

You never know with animals, but I agree, it's best not to hide things like this from older children. to you all.

thanks I just keep tennis balls available oh and remind him he has a dodgy heart when he runs after the cows

It's amazing how a tennis ball has magic powers, ours are usually the same.

Our old dog also had a dodgy heart, we prepared ourselves for the worst but he was still camping aged 17 and trying to chase a hopping crow up the field that was his last camping trip but he had a great and long life. They have a way of surprising us all Caz

Picking the new Dandy up on Saturday, we we're supposed to be testing out the new suspension on the designer but now we've decided that as we will be in Wales we may as well stay overnight in the 6.

We go to North Wales Caz because it doesn't take us long to get there.

The 6 will be used by my daughter too, she's had a rough time of it lately and when that one came up I remembered that she wanted to do the interior of her brown Dandy red and cream but never got around to it, we wanted to cheer her up a bit. She will be selling her Dandy because she would like more space but wants a caravan just for the ease of it as she will have another little one in September. The plan is that she can use this one this season and we can when we take Evie with us, if she still wants a caravan she can get one for next year and we will still have bought ourselves a lovely Dandy for weekends away where we won't have to put an awning up and can still accommodate the grandchildren and everything else they will need.

we both had a brilliant time and plan on doing a longer one next time round

The video of the owl landing on Gemma's arm works fine

its when it tries to fly off with her - that was so funny

He did seem to want to take her with him, perhaps he was just a greedy bird and thought he would have a larger than normal luch

We liked the pictures and vids. Looked like you had a good time.

We are lucky and have the occasional Owl in our garden, not as big as that though.
